Moor Park is an owner-managed park and particular
care is taken of individual client requirements and day to day
needs. We also pride ourselves on prompt
response, attention to detail and bespoke refurbishment.
Despite not being purpose built, our premises
conform and comply with current regulations eg EPC (Energy Performance
Certificate). The site facilities are constantly being reviewed
and improved.
We may not be the most modern business park
in Weston super Mare (and our rents reflect this) but we have
both prestigious, international clients who are committed to us
for a 15 year lease and small, local companies on site. If it's

The park benefits from enduring planning permission
for business purposes B1, B2 and B8 through established and long-term
uses. As such Moor Park does not have individual certificates
for each unit. However, uses of Moor Park are not restricted to
B1, B2 and B8 but also include retail markets and a wide range
of activities: antique fairs, covered and open markets, auction
sales, trader sales, agricultural implements sales, car fairs
(private car sales), trade promotions and demonstrations, exhibitions
and displays, club shows, livestock and domestic animal shows,
indoor sports events and charitable events (except those involving
a significant element of music).
